  • What is a mobile bar?
It's exactly as it sounds. It is a fully functional, fully equipped bar that can travel wherever your next event is. It brings a unique touch to any event. Our services begin with curation of an experience specific to your event and doesn't end until the last drink is poured and we are pulling out of your event space.
  • Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Mobile bars are not licensed to sell liquor without a brick and mortar. This means that the client supplies the alcohol and we take care of all other services. We have a preferred vendor that delivers to your door. We assist with customization of your menu so that you know exactly how much to order.
  • Where are you located?
We are located in the beautiful Berkshires. This gives us an advantage of being able to travel to different surrounding states within our mileage radius. We service all areas within 25 miles, but are willing to travel outside of that service area for an additional $1.50 per mile.
  • What type of events do you cover?
We specialize in weddings, private and social events, and corporate events. If you can dream it, we can serve it.
  • Are you insured?
Absolutely. We carry general and liquor liability insurance and are happy to coordinate the particulars with your venue.
  • What does your trailer require for set up?
Stormy is a big girl - more to love. She is 17 feet long and 6 feet wide. We require a wide, easy to travel road, lawn or flat ground with ability to drive in or back into an area. We need a dedicated 120-volt hook-up within 100 feet. If electricity isn't available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
  • What size events can you handle?
All sizes! We supply two bartenders for events up to 100 people (included in price). We require additional bartenders and bar backs for events over 100 people with additional fees, but not to worry, we will work out the logistics together.
  • Do you provide non-alcoholic services?
We sure do. Our bars can be used for mocktails, hot chocolate, cider, lemonade, and more. If you can dream it, we can make it happen. In fact, we love a good mocktail and can convert most of our drinks into mocktail versions. Cash bar unless decided otherwise.
  • What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your event date. Your deposit becomes non-refundable within 60 days of your event. The contract balance is due 30 days before your event date and is non-refundable.
  • Can I rent the trailer?
You sure can. Stormy can be used for anything from farmers markets to photography backdrops, and anything in-between. Hourly rentals (without staffing or packages) are $200 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. This includes drop off & pickup within the 25 mile radius. We DO NOT allow outside bartenders to serve out of our mobile bar. If you're a photographer-email us, we want to chat.
  • Why do you ask for my entire guest count, even if they're under 21?
We supply plenty of mixers and garnishes for even your youngest guests to order a mocktail from the bar. This count ensures that we are covered with all soda and juices that are included with your package, and help us plan for water, etc.
  • How long does it take to set up?
We plan for 1 hour for set up to allow time to gather the alcohol, set the trailer up, and get the beverages chilled so that we are ready to serve when your guests arrive.
  • Is gratuity included?
Standardly, we put out a tip jar on the bar. If you prefer to not have a tip jar, we can add a gratuity to your invoice - just let us know.
  • Why don't you provide pricing on your website?
We do that because our service is not always one size, fits all. We want the opportunity to connect with you about your event to determine your budget and cost. We do have a pricing package brochure that we can send, but the service cost is not set in stone.
